Full Refund

Within 24 Hours

100% refund minus Stripe processing fees (~3%)

50% Refund

1-7 Days Active

50% refund of posting fee minus Stripe fees

No Refund

After 7 Days

Free removal, but no refund available

Detailed Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (Within 24 Hours)

If you request a refund within 24 hours of posting your job, you'll receive a full refund minus Stripe processing fees (approximately 3% + $0.30).

Applies when:

  • Your job hasn't been approved yet
  • You made a mistake in your posting
  • You changed your mind within 24 hours
  • Your job hasn't received any applications

2. Partial Refund (1-7 Days Active)

If your job has been active for 1-7 days, you'll receive a 50% refund of your posting fee minus Stripe processing fees.

Applies when:

  • Your job has been live for less than 7 days
  • You filled the position quickly
  • You need to make significant changes

3. No Refund (After 7+ Days)

Once your job has been active for 7 or more days, refunds are not available. However, we will remove your job post immediately upon request at no extra charge.

Why? Your job has received significant exposure, been featured on our homepage, sent to our email subscribers, and indexed by search engines.

4. Special Circumstances

Position Filled Early

Congratulations! While we don't offer refunds for early-filled positions (after 7 days), we'll:

  • Remove your post immediately upon request
  • Offer a 20% discount code for your next job posting
  • Consider featuring your company for free in our newsletter

Duplicate Posts

If you accidentally posted the same job twice, we'll:

  • Delete the duplicate immediately
  • Issue a full refund for the duplicate charge
  • Keep your original post active

Our Error

If we made a mistake (wrong pricing tier, technical error, etc.), you'll receive:

  • Full refund (100%)
  • Free reposting if desired
  • Upgrade to the next tier at no cost

Content Violations

If we remove your job for violating our terms:

  • No refund if terms were clearly violated
  • Full refund if removal was our error
  • Option to edit and repost if fixable

5. How to Request a Refund

Response Time:

  • We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  • Refunds processed within 48-72 hours
  • Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days

6. Processing Fees

All refunds are subject to Stripe processing fees (approximately 3% + $0.30). These fees are charged by our payment processor and are non-refundable.

Example: If you paid $99 and request a full refund within 24 hours, you'll receive approximately $95.67 back ($99 - $3.33 processing fees).

7. Alternatives to Refunds

Instead of a refund, we can offer:

  • Account Credit: Full value toward your next job posting
  • Post Transfer: Transfer the listing to a different position
  • Extended Duration: Keep the post active with a pause period
  • Tier Upgrade: Upgrade to Featured or Premium at a discount

8. No-Refund Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Your job listing has expired naturally (30/60/90 days)
  • You didn't receive the quality of applicants you hoped for
  • Your job has been active for more than 7 days
  • You violated our terms of service
  • You changed your business needs after posting

9. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first:

  • Your job post will be immediately removed
  • Your account may be suspended
  • You may be banned from future postings
  • We'll provide evidence to the payment processor

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
