Professional Services Consultant (m/f/d)

An exciting opportunity has opened within our Professional Services Team in the DACH region for a Professional Services Consultant role. This is a full-time position. You will directly contribute to high-quality delivery, customer success, and Bedford’s reputation for excellence across EMEA. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our customers, helping them modernise planning, optimise processes, and realise the full power of the Anaplan platform. Reports to: Principal Consultant Location: Germany, Austria (Remote) Direct Reports: n/a Tasks Core Responsibilities • Working at a senior level within our Professional Services team to deliver high-quality Anaplan solutions for our customers within expected timeframes and on budgets • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models • Ability to take a consultative approach by listening to customer needs and crafting a shared vision for a solution • Nurture relationships with client personnel at the appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Create long-lasting relationships that run beyond our project delivery • Exposure to diverse business environments and managing customer expectations • Innovate and deploy the latest Anaplan product enhancements alongside our internal knowledge base. Share learnings with peers • Communicate effectively and openly with both Bedford & Anaplan colleagues • Actively engage in business development initiatives while not working on customer engagements Accountabilities and KPIs • Quality and success of project delivery • Customer satisfaction, adoption, and health • Gross Margin performance (where relevant) • Adherence to project governance and PS processes • Contribution to cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing Requirements You naturally strive to deliver Beyond the Expected, combining sharp technical ability with commercial awareness and relationship-building excellence.
