PEGA Business Architekt

................ For our client in Zurich/Vienna, we are looking for a PEGA Business Architect (70%). Your tasks: " Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and business departments " Facilitate workshops and requirements elicitation sessions to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement " Translate business requirements into scalable and effective PEGA solution designs " Model, analyze, and optimize business processes using industry best practices " Define user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and process flows. " Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on process automation and digital transformation initiatives " Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, System Architects, Developers, and QA teams " Ensure adherence to PEGA delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices " Support testing, user acceptance activities, and solution deployment " Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the PEGA platform and related business processe Your profile: " Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field " Several years of professional experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role " Proven experience working with the PEGA Platform " Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives " Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban " Familiarity with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN) " Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders " Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills " Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities " Fluent in English; German is considered an advantage Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
