Tasks Role Description This full-time Leadership and Equity Partner role in Business Consulting is based in Berlin / Brandenburg, with flexibility for remote work. The role entails guiding SMEs through tailored business acceleration programs, uncovering profit improvement opportunities, and supporting succession and exit planning. As a trusted mentor, you will provide clarity and leadership guidance, leveraging thexton armstrongs proven methodologies to deliver actionable and measurable business outcomes. You will also actively develop client relationships, collaborate with SME leaders, and contribute to fostering strategic growth. Requirements Qualifications " Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement " Proven expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, with experience in working with SMEs or similar industries is a plus " Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and mentor business leaders effectively " Knowledge of business strategy, leadership development, and succession planning processes " Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a business consultancy practice " Previous experience in leadership or senior executive roles is advantageous " Proficiency in both German and English is a must Benefits Why partner with thexton armstrong?
