Responsibilities: " Analyze governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes. " Gather and document functional and regulatory requirements. " Design and optimize risk and control management workflows. " Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions. " Collaborate with compliance, audit, and risk management teams. " Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings. Requirements: " 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. " Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM. " Understanding of risk management, compliance, audit, and control frameworks. " Experience with business process analysis and optimization. " Fluent German (C1) and English. " EU-based location.
