Responsibilities: " Analyze and document IT operations and asset management processes. " Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and asset management teams. " Define requirements for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset lifecycle management. " Convert business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. " Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. " Conduct gap analyses and process assessments. Requirements: " 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. " Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules. " Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management processes. " Experience working with enterprise IT operations environments.
