" Design and optimize portfolio management, project management, demand management, and resource management processes. " Translate business requirements into ServiceNow SPM solutions. " Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities. " Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements: " 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. " Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM. " Experience with strategic portfolio, project, and demand management processes. " Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
